B is the sum of four studio divisions called B-architecten, B-bis, B-city and B-juxta. At B-city, we guide complex urban projects and supervise their creation. Projects with a scale that carry the ambition to create a new city district are at the centre of our mission.

(Read!) Ghent's Dampoort is one of the topics covered in the current edition of Ruimte, the magazine of the Vlaamse Vereniging voor Ruimte en Planning (VRP). In 2020, the city of Ghent presented a master plan with a radical turnaround for this area, which B-city drew up together with Omgeving and Arcadis.

We are proud to announce that B-city was commissioned to develop two of the five concept studies that were granted by the Flemish Urban Policy Department this year: one for the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw hospital site in Oudenaarde (image), and another for the urban renewal project Grooten Singel in Turnhout. > More info! <

(News) After Saint-Joseph, master plan Reine Fabiola in Charleroi also completed.

(Hof van Mols) Creation of an urban design for the Valaarwijk site in Wilrijk, Antwerp.

(New project) B-city is designing an urban master plan for the future development of the Jan Palfijn hospital site at the Watersportbaan in Ghent.

The Sugar Refinery Site maintained its mere industrial function until 2005. Today, it is transformed into a multifunctional neighbourhood, including a park, housings, and retail shops.
